In her Own Words:

“As a financial services industry professional, I have witnessed the impact of unequal financial education in underserved communities. This issue is often dismissed as personal responsibility, without consideration for the lack of essential knowledge and resources needed to make informed financial decisions. Consequently, a cycle of inequality emerges, leaving those without financial literacy vulnerable to financial insecurity, wealth gaps, and limited choices. Establishing standards for education means incorporating personal financial education for all. This is why I am on a mission to create financially healthy individuals, who in turn create financially healthy families who build financially healthy businesses in thriving communities.

Caroline leads the NuJourney Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on promoting financial literacy and entrepreneurship for those in underserved communities. Through this organization, Caroline empowers individuals and families to achieve their financial goals and create a better future for themselves and their communities.

Caroline's educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Corporate Finance and a graduate degree in Project Management. She has also completed the Yale School of Management Executive Leadership Program, showcasing her dedication to personal and professional growth. Furthermore, Caroline is an Entrepreneur, a Certified Financial Education Instructor, a Certified Practitioner of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile through Eckerd College's Leadership Development Institute and she is a Master Trainer Financial Coach with Dave Ramsey. She is an award-winning author, with her new books entitled, “Take the Journey: The Powerful Steps to Owning Your Story.” and “Who Am I Financially Speaking”.

Caroline's commitment to community extends beyond her professional endeavors. She serves as a Program Advisor for the MUMA School of Business, Design Thinking Program at the University of South Florida. She is the Chairperson for the Apopka Area Chamber of Commerce's Young Entrepreneurial Committee. Her dedication to service and leadership has been recognized through various honors in the areas of Leadership Excellence and Community Service.

She believes in developing individuals into their best selves, and her guiding principle is "Grace." Caroline understands that the grace freely given by the Creator should be extended to others. She exemplifies this by gifting her grace to those around her, enabling them to thrive and succeed.
