In her Own Words:

As a financial services industry professional, I have witnessed the impact of unequal financial education in underserved communities. This issue is often dismissed as personal responsibility, without consideration for the lack of essential knowledge and resources needed to make informed financial decisions. Consequently, a cycle of inequality emerges, leaving those without financial literacy vulnerable to financial insecurity, wealth gaps, and limited choices. Establishing standards for education means incorporating personal financial education for all. This is why I am on a mission to create financially healthy individuals, who in turn create financially healthy families who build financially healthy businesses in thriving communities.

Caroline leads the NuJourney Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on promoting financial literacy and entrepreneurship for those in underserved communities. Through this organization, Caroline empowers individuals and families to achieve their financial goals and create a better future for themselves and their communities.

Caroline's educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Corporate Finance and a graduate degree in Project Management.
